• If you have purchased products directly from ESSETI, Inc., and have never used it, you may return it to ESSETI, Inc. within 30 days from the date of the invoice for a refund of the purchase price. Shipping and handling charges cannot be refund. "Free shipping" offer is valid with a purchase only.
• If you have purchased products directly from ESSETI, Inc., and have used it, you may return it to ESSETI, Inc. within 30 days from the date of the invoice for a refund of the purchase price, minus 20% as a restocking fee .
• To return products, you must e-mail or call ESSETI, Inc. customer service 
  at the telephone number shown above to receive Return Authorization number. Items returned without Return Authorization are subject to 20% restocking fee.
• You must ship the products in their original packaging to ESSETI, Inc.

  The shipment should be prepaid and insured (or you should accept the risk for loss or damage during the shipment).
